- Please note that additional time may be needed for personalized items to be crafted to your specifications.
Shipping Times
- After processing, the estimated shipping time within the United Arab Emirates is 3-5 business days.
- All deliveries are carried out by a reliable courier service.
- Deliveries are typically made before 10 PM on the delivery date.
- Adverse weather conditions may cause delays in delivery.
- If no one is available at your address to receive the delivery, our courier partner will contact you to arrange a new delivery time. Please ensure your phone number and email address are correct.
- During peak seasonal periods, delivery times may be extended. If you need your order urgently, please contact us at lumcgauley@lubeeluoriginals.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping Fees
- UAE (orders under AED 500): AED 18 (inclusive of VAT)
- Pick up from LuBeeLu Studio in Ras Al Khaimah: Free
- UAE (orders over AED 500): Free
- UK: AED 75 (Please contact us for more details)
- For larger orders, shipping rates may vary based on the weight and quantity of the delivery. Any changes in rates will be discussed with you prior to dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact lumcgauley@lubeeluoriginals.com.
- We are committed to ensuring that your purchases reach you in perfect condition and within the promised delivery timeline. However, please be aware that any delays post-dispatch are beyond our control.
