Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged due to an error on our part. Please be aware that we cannot exchange or refund custom or personalised items unless the issue is our responsibility. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at lumcgauley@lubeeluoriginals.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
The delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over 200 AED, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
